• Can delete generated content and business data at any time

Important: We act as your AI content generation service. You remain responsible for all content generated through our service and must ensure it complies with applicable laws and advertising policies.

You agree not to post, create, or upload content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains software viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation
• Violates any applicable laws, regulations, or platform policies
• Contains spam, misleading information, or deceptive practices
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech
• Contains sexually explicit or inappropriate content
• Violates privacy rights or contains personal information without consent

You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or post through our service. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines or applicable laws.

Our service includes AI-powered content generation features. When using these features:

• You remain responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content
• AI-generated content should be fact-checked and verified before posting
• You must ensure AI-generated content complies with all applicable laws and platform policies
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for critical business decisions
• AI-generated content may be subject to usage limits based on your subscription plan

Our subscription terms include:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial subscription periods or unused services
• Price changes with 30 days advance notice
• Free trial terms and conditions as specified in your plan
• Payment processing through secure third-party providers
• Taxes and fees as applicable in your jurisdiction

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to our service. You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Our Service: Fastily.ai and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Content: Our service may contain content from third parties. We are not responsible for such content and do not endorse it.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service
• Perform maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect service availability
• Limit access to certain features based on your subscription plan
• Update or change the service interface and functionality

We will provide reasonable notice for scheduled maintenance and significant changes to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fastily.ai shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service
• Content posted by you or other users
• Third-party actions or content
• Service interruptions or technical issues

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

For EU users, you may have additional rights under EU consumer protection laws, and these Terms do not limit such rights.
